Welcome to Can Ferragut. By accessing or using our website and booking a stay at our property, you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a booking request, or staying at Can Ferragut, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

2. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after we receive the required deposit or full payment.

  • If a deposit is paid, the remaining balance must be settled by the specified due date in your confirmation email.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your reservation.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when booking (number of guests, dates, contact details).

  • Respect the maximum occupancy of 12 guests unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Follow house rules and respect neighbors and local community.

  • Report any damages or issues immediately to the property manager.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

5. Cancellations & Refunds

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Palma de Mallorca.
