Reservation Deposit or Payment

A reservation at Can Ferragut is considered confirmed once we have received the agreed deposit or the full rental payment, depending on the terms provided at the time of booking.

Written Confirmation

Once your payment has been processed, you will receive a written confirmation by email. This confirmation serves as official proof of your booking.

The confirmation will include key details such as the dates of your stay, the number of guests, and any additional services agreed upon.

Final Payment (if applicable)
If only a deposit is paid at the time of booking, the balance must be settled by the deadline specified in your reservation agreement. Failure to complete the balance payment may result in cancellation of your booking.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can sometimes change. To maintain fairness and transparency, our cancellation policy is designed to protect both our guests and the property.

Cancellations Made 30 Days or More Before Arrival

Guests who cancel their reservation 30 days or more prior to the scheduled check-in date will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations Made Less Than 30 Days Before Arrival

Guests who cancel their reservation less than 30 days before the scheduled check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

This rule applies even if the cancellation is made 29 days before arrival.

No-Show Policy

Guests who fail to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without notifying us in advance will be considered a no-show.

In this case, no refund will be provided.

Special Circumstances

If unforeseen circumstances arise (e.g., government restrictions, natural disasters), we will make every effort to assist guests with rescheduling or alternative arrangements. However, refunds will be subject to the above rules unless otherwise agreed.
